Alan was a beloved friend for over 40 years and we became like brothers. He had very strong faith and was devoted to Jesus and the bible,,,we prayed together many times especially in his last year of intense suffering. His gentle spirit and sense of humor were wonderful parts of his nature, May his soul be in the loving embrace of God in eternal peace and joy.

One day I will see you again Uncle Al… I never got to really get to know you due to you living so far away from my home, and the poverty prevented us from coming to see you even in your last days. Those few times I was able to go down there and see you… I just wish I could’ve talked to you more…. But I was a young child at the time, I didn’t know a thing about life. I’m sorry I couldn’t come down there…. Just know I love you Al, we all do. Grandma was soo hurt by everyone’s passing, you, John, Vincent. But I’m sure she knows we will meet again. I can’t wait to see all of you again, but my time has yet to come. I know you understand, and I know your with me everywhere I go because I wear your crucifix around my neck everyday. But I have to go now, I know you understand. Godbless, I will see you once again Uncle Al. Your nephew, Michael.
