As a mother of two boys, I empathise deeply with her loss. A beautiful individual never truly passes away but continues to live beautifully preserved within our hearts.

Such very sad and heartbreaking news. I had the honor of being Carol Ann’s 2nd grade teacher at St. Marks. She was very bright, very enthusiastic and definitely stole my heart. I reconnected with her several years ago finding her as sweet and beautiful as ever. We became friends on Facebook and it was wonderful to get glimpses of her life. Carol Ann will continue to be held closely in my memories and heart.
