Debra Ann Bowers of Jacksonville, Florida passed away suddenly on Monday, July 25th, 2022. She was 52. Debra was born March 2nd, 1970, in Jacksonville, Florida to Howard Miller and Peggy (Smith) Nunley.
Debra was a proud Mom to 2 beautiful daughters. She spent a large part of her life as a cake decorator and would often bake for her family. Debra loved to cook, and enjoyed being with her dog, Shep. She was an avid animal lover and would never turn an animal away. She was a daddy’s girl, and would travel with him in his semi-truck all over the country. She never graduated high school but was smart as a whip. In 2016 she became a Nonna, and again in 2020 she was made a Nonna again. She always wore white diamonds, and sun dresses, she was beautiful inside and out. She had a huge heart, just like her momma. She loved the beach and was always in the sun. She was the best mom in the world.
Debra is survived by her husband Kevin Hainstock, her daughters Justine Donaldson and Cherrish Nunley, her granddaughters Breillyn and Emberly. Her brother Harry Kelterborn, and many cousins.
She is preceded in death by her Mother Peggy Smith Vitarelli and Father Howard Miller.
Funeral services will be held at 10:15am, Wednesday, August 3rd at Wayside Assembly of God Church, 10440 New Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32219. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am and continue until the time of the funeral service. Pastor Wade Mask will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 following the funeral.
