Domingo Rivera, at the age of 87, passed away on January 4, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Luz Maria Rivera. He is also survived by his five children, daughter, Maria L. Colón, sons, William Rivera, Richard Rivera, Roldan Rivera, and Jorge Rivera.
Domingo was born on the island of Puerto Rico. He came to New York City in 1957 where he met his wife Luz Maria. He retired from the Waldorf Astoria after 35 years of service in New York City. Domingo relocated from New York City to Jacksonville in 2013.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 9, 2019, in the Evergreen Chapel. A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service.
