In Loving Memory of Eunice

Eunice E. Welsh, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025.  She was 87 years old.  Eunice was born on December 1, 1937, to Elosie Pollard and Albert Branch. She lived a full and beautiful life, marked by hard work, resilience, and deep love for her family. Eunice retired from Mailwell Paper after a career of dedicated service and was well-known for her strength, kindness, and unwavering faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Elosie and Albert; her beloved sister, Betty Paddock; her children, Butch, Frank, Irma, and Marilyn; and her grandchildren, Shannon Williams, Chad Carter, Squeaky Weber, Amanda Barry, and Mandy Kolbe.

Eunice’s legacy lives on through her loving daughter Diane (John) Whittier, Son Kenny-Barbara Horne and her many grandchildren who brought her great joy: Darlene (Donald) Brown, Crystal Weber, Tony Weber, Tammy (George) Liverman, James (Meghan) Hutchinson, Kimberly Hartley, Herbie Lively, Christy (Derick) Morris, James
(Amanda) Carter, Frankie Carter, Tessa Hughes, Keri Hughes, Teri Hughes, Wade Jennifer Barry, Tiffany Carter, Jason Carter, Joshua Carter, and Shawn Carter.
She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom carry her spirit forward with love and pride.

Eunice will be remembered for her warm heart, her quiet strength, and the deep devotion she showed to her family. Her presence was a blessing, and her memory will continue to be a light in the lives of all who knew and loved her.
