Gloria F. Carter Phillips

Gloria F. Carter Phillips sadly passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the age of 78 in Jacksonville, Florida. She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her siblings, and her son Glen Simmons Jr. Furthermore, Gloria is survived by her current husband James C. Phillips and her previous husband Glen Simmons Sr., her daughters, Debbie Mack and Tammy Simmons, Charlotte Mabe and Tammy Ball, and many beloved grandchildren. Her service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery – 4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL – on Saturday, July 27th, 2024, at 10:00 AM for an outdoor graveside service near the gate 5 entrance. Funeral personnel will direct those who need assistance.
