Haleigh Devore Faulk, born January 22, 1989, in Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on April 10, 2025, in her hometown of Jacksonville at 36 years old.
Haleigh’s life was deeply rooted in Jacksonville, where she was born and raised. Throughout her years, she found joy in the simple yet profound pleasure of life- listening to music that moved her spirit, dancing like no one was watching, and cherishing time spent with those closest to her. These passions reflected a vibrant soul who embraced each moment with energy and warmth.
She’s lovingly remembered by their mother, Carol D. Faulk; sister Shelbie A. Faulk; brothers Brett Deese and Tristen Deese; her beloved son Alexander Wojcik and partner Sebastain Wojcik. Haleigh’s memory is also held close by many others whose lives they touched.
Haleigh was preceded in death by her father, Troy Faulk, sister Sarah Butterworth-Dixon and daughter Bailey Wojcik.
