Harry Russell Tullos passed away peacefully on May 12, 2022, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born June 7, 1931, in Columbus, Ohio, the son of the late Harry Tullos and Leona Tullos (Kidwell).
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Opal Marie (Newell) Tullos of Jacksonville, Florida; sons, Barry Lawrence Tullos (Jo) of Grove City, Ohio, Michael Lee Tullos (Catherine) of Tega Cay, South Carolina; and daughter Holly Logan Learn (Donald) of Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren, Gina Logan (Mitchell), Logan Tullos (Daniella), Johnathan Logan, and Tinsley Crisp (Benjamin); two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Ava Tullos; and sister, Mary Helen (Jerry).
Harry was a US Army Veteran who served in the Korean War and honorably discharged in 1953. He was also a lifelong member of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio. He was also a member of the Cedar Bay Baptist Church.
A private graveside service will be held at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills, St. Johns Bluff Road, Jacksonville, Florida.
