Heather Kay Foreman Nesenoff, 45, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. She was born on February 3, 1976 in Jacksonville, Florida to Charles Joseph Foreman, Sr. and Carolyn Marie McMillan Foreman.
Heather was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Heather’s favorites were sunrises and sunsets. She recently re-devoted her life to Jesus Christ and was a member of Chets Creek Church.
Heather is survived by her affectionate and dedicated husband, Gary Nesenoff, and her beloved children, Maxwell Ford, 14, and Savannah Rose, 5, her mother & father-in law, Bernard & Judy Nesenoff, her parents, CJ & Marie, and her brother, Charles Joseph Foreman, Jr. (Sarah), nieces (Gracie & Charlotte), nephew (JJ), as well as her devoted Uncle Montague McMillan, his wife Terrie and their children, Kaitlin and Colin.
She departed this life to join her grandmother, Kay, grandfather, Bud, and great-grandmother, Marie Ford.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 11:00AM at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 Main St. N., Jacksonville, FL 32206. Please use either Gate 5 or the main entrance to access. Further directions to the gravesite will be given upon arrival. Due to COVID-19 precautions, please wear a mask and social distance from others. There will not be seating available for those in attendance.

Heather was a life long friend of 30 years and had a wonderful friendship. I will always cherish our love and friendship that we had and she will be loved ND thought of until it is time to meet her in heaven.
