John A. Acampora, 84, of Jacksonville passed away February 10, 2018.
He was a veteran of the US Navy and served during the Korean War. He belonged to the Knights of Columbus and the American Legion and was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years Shirley Acampora, sons Michael (Rosalin) Acampora and John (Beth) Acampora, daughters Jeanne Davis and Mary (Steven) Martin, grandsons Anthony and Richard Davis, John Nee, Nikolas and Aiden Acampora, granddaughters Amanda and Michele Acampora, brother Anthony (Sharon) Acampora, sister Mary (Charles) Jean Marino, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Friday February 16, 2018 in Evergreen Chapel. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the Funeral Service.
