Kerry Harrington

Kerry Harrington

Kerry Marston Harrington was born in LaGrange, IL on August 23, 1962 to James and Elizabeth Marston. She is preceded in death by her father James Richard Marston.

Survivors include her beloved son George, mother, Elizabeth Marston of Aurora, IL, sisters Kathleen and Sharon, brother Kevin, nieces Kelly, Annalia and Lucia, and nephews Ryan and Tommy. Kerry spent most of her life growing up in the Chicago area, graduating from Sacred Heart High School and the University of Dayton in Ohio. She spent the past 20 years of her life with her son George on the coasts of North Carolina and Florida. Kerry loved the outdoors, including golf, boating and spending time at the beach.

A single mother, Kerry devoted her life to providing love and support for her son George, working in television and magazine media sales, 10 years of which as President and Owner of Marston Enterprises, Inc. She loved building solid relationships with her clients, often serving them beyond the call of duty. Her work effort and drive elevated her status among her peers and clients, and her example will be sorely missed. She will always be remembered for her loving and caring spirit, and her adventurousness and zest for life.  She had a fun and outgoing personality, loved to laugh, entertain, cook and cheer on Notre Dame and all Chicago sports teams.  Her light will carry on forever in our hearts.

She will be missed dearly by everyone who knew her.

Oh Kerry, my heart is torn to find out you have left this earth. I am so glad you came into my life and the journey we had together. The Angel and Heart you gave me was placed right in front of my bed and will remain there forever in memory of you. I hope you are dancing in the sky and singing in the Angels choir. You will always remain in my heart and know that I have reached out to George as I always promised you, if anything ever happened. You were such a lovely, beautiful, intelligent person and suffered way too long! You are home now with the Load in Heaven, feeling no pain or grief. May God Bless your family and give them the support they need. Many prayers for your family, especially George! I pray he heals and comes into my world to help him in any way I can. You are and will be horribly missed; how blessed I was that you came into my life and that we WILL see each other again.
Much Love Always, Gay Coon, Jupiter, FL

Does anyone know why Kerry was buried in Jacksonville? Does anyone know where she died? We can’t reach George. It would be helpful if the friends posting here would leave their contact information! Does anyone have her sister Sharon’s number? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
