Koty Edward Stewart a loving family man and dedicated gator fan passed away on May 25, 2024 at the age of 34. He was born on June 26, 1989 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Koty’s greatest joy in life was his family. He cherished his role as a husband to his spouse, Amber and as a father to Jaiden and Trevin. Koty‘s love for his family knew no bounds and he would go above and beyond to ensure their happiness and well-being. Being a big brother to many and a little brother to some he constantly encouraged others to prioritize love and put family first.
A lifelong gator fan Koty’s passion for sports was evident he took pride in passing down, his love for the gators to his children who will continue to honor his legacy by cheering for their favorite team.
Koty was proceeded in death by his grandmother’s Barbra Ann Jennings and Patricia Wilson, his father, Jon Jon Stewart, his mother, Teresa Wilson, and his maternal uncle Billy Wilson.
He is survived by his devoted spouse, Amber Stewart his beloved children Jaiden and Trevin his sister Kassy Stewart, his brothers Ash Wilson, Chance Stewart (Jamma and children) and Gage Wilson.
Among his cherished expressions, one that resonated with Koty was “chill Bubba chill” these words, reflected his laid-back demeanor and ability to find peace in any situation.
Koty Edward Stewart will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his dedication to his favorite sports team and his calm outlook on life. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A graveside service will be held Saturday June 1st, 2024 at 2 PM in Evergreen Cemetery 4535 Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. A visitation will be held in Evergreen Chapel on the cemetery grounds from 12 PM until service time.

I’m so proud of you Koty Edward Stewart and all that you accomplished in life in such a short time. Family was everything to you. What an amazing man you had become. God knows how much I’m gonna miss our talks! You always had time to talk or to listen to me ramble and make me laugh. I’m gonna miss those calls so much! Hug your dad and tell him how much I miss him. Hug mom super tight for me tell her I miss her more everyday! I love you Koty Edward Stewart with all my heart! RIP uncle Kody Stewart he didn’t deserve do get put down like this but now he’s resting in a better place watching over us. And just so you know we all care about you and that we love you.
