Norman Jewell Jordan, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, March 28th, 2024, following a brave battle with lung cancer. He was 66 years young.

Norman was born July 6th, 1957, in Jacksonville, Florida, the son of John Joseph Jordan, Sr. and Norma Jean [Fouch]. He was a graduate of Wolfson High School, and later ventured into founding his own lawn care business in the community.

Norman’s heartbeat to the rhythm of music, the rev of engines, and the pulse of fitness. His passions were evident to all who knew him, enriching his life with vibrancy and joy. In his youth, he loved to travel and documented every step of his journey with pictures.

Throughout his challenging battle with lung cancer, Norman demonstrated unwavering courage and resilience. In his final days, he embraced the Lord with an open heart in his born-again faith.

Norman’s daughter, Lexxie, former wife, Lisa, and life-long friend, Susan remained by his side, providing him with unconditional love and support. Family was important to Norman, and their presence brought him peace during his journey.

Norman Jewell Jordan’s life was marked by spontaneity, uniqueness, and an unwavering spirit. Though he may have departed this world, his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who cared for him.

Graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 12:00 pm. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Evergreen Funeral Home, 4535 Main Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32206 – (904) 353-3649.
