Pamela Anne Neeley

Pamela Anne Neeley

Pamela Anne (Rewis) Neeley, born January 1, 1969, at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, passed away in Jacksonville on May 5, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was the beloved daughter of Charles and Loleta Rewis of Jacksonville, Florida.

Pamela grew up as an Air Force child, spending her early years in places such as Cocoa Beach, Japan, the Azores, North Dakota, and Mississippi. These experiences shaped her adventurous spirit and gave her a deep appreciation for people, places, and the connections that bind us together.

She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend whose love knew no limits. Pamela is survived by her loving spouse, Brian Neeley, and her children: Natassia Devereaux (husband Michael; children Ryan, Mayes, Rowan, Chloe, Wyatt, and Lilly), Aurora Brown (husband Brandon; children Jane, Aiden, Boone, and Branson), Brianna, Garrett, and her stepson Cory (partner Devin; son Danny).

She is also survived by her siblings: Ken Rewis; Sharon Holtom (husband Gary; children Ian and Abrielle); and Christina Gambill (husband Jesse). She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Rewis.

Pamela’s family was her greatest pride and her truest joy. The legacy of her love lives on in each of them—in the laughter she passed down, the strength she modeled, and the care she gave so freely.

Pamela dedicated her life to caring for others as a nurse. Most recently, she served at St. Vincent’s HealthCare, where she was known for her bright smile, warm heart, and unmistakable laugh. She had a rare gift for making people feel seen, safe, and cared for—whether they were patients, coworkers, or lifelong friends.

She will be remembered for the light she brought into every room, the resilience she carried through life’s hardest moments, and the way she loved—fully, fiercely, and without hesitation. The space she leaves behind is as vast as her heart.

A visitation will be held at the Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel, 4535 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL. 32206 on May 12th at 10:00 am, the service will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 9, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The White House in Jacksonville.

In this time of loss, the family asks for continued prayers and support as they honor Pamela’s life and the incredible love she shared with so many.

There’s not a day that goes by that I’m not thinking of you,I know the kids miss you, big and littles.. We miss your laugh, your hugs, your advice, and even the little things we used to take for granted The house isn’t the same without you, and neither are we. But your love is still everywhere around us and always will be.
