Patricia Jo Irish, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Saturday, March 1st, 2025. She was 87. Patricia was born August 16th, 1937, in Jacksonville, Florida to R. J. Quigley and Blanche (Harlan) Quigley.
Pat attended Fletcher High School. She was a majorette in high school and graduated in 1956. After high school she attended Jones Business College.  Pat loved her family and was proud of her sons and sister.  She will be remembered for encouraging others by giving cards and hugs, and for inviting others to join her at different events.  Pat loved being active by going to Wesley Fellowship United Methodist Church, First Baptist Church, ABWA, YMCA, sporting events, craft shows, shrimp festivals, the beach, and traveling to see her sister in California.
Pat is survived by her sister Bonnie Neuschaefer; her sons Shawn Patrick Irish, Todd Drake Irish, Robert Timothy Irish (Jill), her grandchildren Courtney, Macy, Logan, Taylor, Dylan and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death her grandparents William and Nellie Quigley, her grandparents Amos and Clara Harlan, her parents, Robert and Blanche Quigley, her siblings Jimmy Quigley (Eleanor), Betty Ann Trott, and her nephew Kevin Simmons
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, March 7th at Wesley Fellowship United Methodist Church, 5400 Pearl St, Jacksonville, Florida 32208. Visitation will start at 10 AM and continue until the time of the funeral service. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 Main Street, Jacksonville following the funeral. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Evergreen Funeral Home (904) 353-3649.
