Robert Frankie Willis, 80, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
After graduating from Andrew Jackson High School, Frankie served in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman. He retired from The Motor Pool, City of Jacksonville, after 30 years of dedication.
Frankie was definitely a man’s man. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, and gardening, but mainly just hanging out with his friends. He loved his home and relaxing with the best neighbors outside under the shed he built. Frankie was definitely one of a kind and will be missed by many, especially his two daughters.
Frankie was preceded in death by his two parents, Martha Willis and Joe Willis. Recently, losing his only brother, Billy Joe Willis.
Frankie is dearly love by his family; Cindy Smith, Robanne and Jack Morris, along with his five grandchildren and their spouses, Travis and Natalie Smith, Colette Morris, Alec and Kathryn Morris, Kendall and Tyler Azevedo, Caroline and Noah Ratner, and three great grandchildren, Aubrey, Easton and Payton Jo.
A graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
