It is with a deep Sad heart I see this. But I know Tanya is no longer in pain longing to be with her beloved husband Norman. I’m sure they are dancing with Elvis in heaven tonight. Tom you and Debbie have to be commended for the awesome care y’all have gave her over the past years. God bless you. Tanya and Norman where like my adopted parents, bringing me in when I was sick with strep, putting me in their spare bedroom, just one example. . I’ll never forget their kindness. My mom and Tanya good friends taking Deb and I to st Augustine and then my mom broke out in measles. So we had to be quarantined in the hotel for 2 weeks. Deb and I where like yes!!!! Deb and I on the beach. Haha…… point is remember the good times. Love you Debbie, Tom, Rickie and Michelle. Sending prayers for your strength to move forward and cherish those memories. Love ya!

Debbie and Ricky, I am so sorry to hear of your mama’s passing. She was a special lady. When She and your daddy first married, she raised parakeets. She called my mama and asked if I could have one and we went to their apartment and I picked out a blue one that I named “Peppy.” She also introduced me to the music of Andy Williams that Christmas that I stayed with you both during Christmas break of 1966. She would come home from work and would put his music on to listen to while she made supper. To this day Christmas isn’t Christmas at our house without Andy Williams. She and your daddy are together now.

Debbie & Rick, it saddens my heart to read about your mothers passing. I was always happy to be with your folks when we could. Please know that you are in Karen’s and our prayers.

To my beautiful “Big Sister”… You have been a blessing to all ! Your family and wonderful husband Norman. You’ve been a blessing and inspiration to me (your “Little Brother”) with your infectious laughter, humor, ‘can-do’ attitude to life and professional career, and a “Big Sister” when I needed structure, guidance and wisdom in earlier years. In recent years, we all could still hear and see your dancing, singing, strong well as a ‘fighter’, love for life, family and God.

We know you are in a better place than coping down hear coping with dementia. God bless Tom and Debbie for the their love and wonderful care for Tanya over the years. “Big Sister”, I will dearly miss you but you will always be in my heart and mind for all the great moments, memories, your love, laughter, joyful times, sharing life experiences, dancing and more.
Forever Love — from “Little Brother” Donald. God Bless you and Family.
