Thelma M. Baker76, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Wednesday September 14, 2016. She was a lifetime resident of Jacksonville.
Survivors include her husband George A. Baker, Daughters, Diane Pauley, Peggy Young & Theresa Young. SonÂ’s Robert Joe Young, and George Baker Jr. Four, Grandchildren, and a Great grandson. Sisters, Bebe (Bobby) Nash & Dorothy Cooner.
Funeral Service 4:30pm Monday September 19, 2016 at Evergreen Chapel with Doctor Tim McDaniel officiating. Visitation will be ½ hour prior to the services in the chapel.
Arrangements are with Evergreen Funeral Home and Crematory 4535 Main Street Jacksonville, Florida.
